We accept Visa and MasterCard on our website. Our sales staff can also process other payment types manually, including checks and internet banking. To pay using one of these methods, please contact us to place your order.

Do you offer discounts?

Sorry we cannot offer discount purchasing only 1 product, but we offer discount for purchasing more products.

How can I track my shipment?

Can I purchase from outside of Tajikistan?

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout, based on the dimensions and weight of your shipment, and the shipping address. To find out how much shipping will cost, please add the desired products to your cart and complete the checkout process

How long will delivery take?

Normally it depends on your country, from where you are purchasing our products, each country has its own delivery time please check your delivery time while purchasing, checkout.

Do you sell quality products?

All our products are in good quality and we will make you sure that all our products meets all its specifications advertised in our website.

What is the warranty period?

Our warranty includes the product functioning to all advertised specifications. If a product fails to meet specifications, we will replace the product under warranty policy.

Returns / Backorders

What is the returns policy?

All returns must be pre-approved, regardless of the reason for the return, why you want to return the product email to sales@laaltextiles.com

You can return any product within 10 days after the date of purchase & returned product(s) must be unused, and in original condition – complete with original documents and packaging.

Which products can be returned?

Any item(s) purchased on our website are eligible for return, but they must be in new condition according to our Returns Policy. We may not be able to accept returns of:

  • Special orders
  • Non-stock products
  • Products that have been built according to your specifications
  • Distributor stock

All returns require a Return Goods Authorization number, regardless of the reason for the return. This can be obtained by contacting sales@laaltextiles.com

Can I get a refund for my shipping costs?

Shipping costs will not be refundable.
